Document Description
The North Esplanade Reconstruction Project consists of widening and improving the Esplanade corridor as a multi-modal facility. The North Esplanade Reconstruction Project will increase the number of lanes on Esplanade from two to four lanes and it will also include bicycle, pedestrian, and transit improvements, and a raised, landscaped, irrigated median. Additional work includes installation of new curb; gutter; sidewalk; street lighting; dedicated left-turn pockets; full intersection improvements; driveway entrance improvements; traffic signal conduit; sewer lateral installation; and relocation or undergrounding of utilities.
