The 19.9 acre parcel is proposed to be rezoned from R1-B20 to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential). Zoning and Land Use for the remaining acreage will remain in commercial. Public water and sewer will serve future development on all parcels. Access is from Summer Lane. Road improvements are a condition of project approval.
