Document Description
The purpose of the Saintsbury-Hudson project is to develop approximately 169.5 acres of new vineyard on three adjacent properties located along Henry Road in the Carneros region of Napa County. In addition, as a reasonable and foreseeable impact of approving the ECPAs, the proposed project includes the following elements:
- the construction or enlargement of four water storage facilities;
- modification to some watercourses;
- water rights amendments for the vineyards;
- bridge construction; and
- repair of paved and unpaved roads located throughout the Saintsbury Ranch parcel.
