Document Description
The project consists of a request to modify a previously approved use permit to increase the amount of spring water that can be extracted and exported from the site. The current amount of spring water that may be extracted from three existing commercial boreholes and exported from the site is 115 acre-feet per year. The request would increase the amount to 185 acre-feet per year from the three boreholes. As currently occurs, the water would be transported by tanker truck from an existing on-site truck loading station to a nearby facility in Calistoga for processing bottling and distribution. No new boreholes or expansion of the existing boreholes, water storage tanks, water distribution pipelines, or truck loading facilities are proposed.
