The project under consideration consists of the annexation of approximately 601.9 acres of developed and vacant land into the El Dorado Hills Community Services District (EDHCSD) and the El Dorado Irrigation District (EID) for the purpose of receiving waste management collection, curbside recycling, recreation, park and water services. The provision of Cable TV, and street lighting and landscaping services is also enabled by LAFCO's action, but is not proposed.
