The Durango RV Report consists of 170 spaces for Recreational Vehicles on a 20.38 acre parcel. The resort includes a residence/office for the on-site park manager, two Community Buildings of approximately 3,600 square feet, and two spas associated with the Community Buildings. Near the southernmost Community Building are a swimming pool and a wading pool are planned. A dog wash area and a propane refueling and dump station are planned near the office area. A recreational area is planned and includes tennis and paddleball courts, 1/2 court basketball area, public bathrooms, a bocce ball court, and an area to play horseshoes. Other project amenities include landscaping, a dog run, and visitor parking. Per the City of Red Bluff's City Code, Chapter 26, recreational vehicles using the project site may be on the site for fewer than 180 consecutive days, and shall be fully licensed and ready for highway use. Accordingly, the project residents are considered transient in nature.
