Caltrans proposes to correct the existing Fire and Life Safety (FLS) deficiencies and conform with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) at its Transportation Laboratory (Translab) facility located at the corner of 59th Street and Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento County. The deficiencies identified within the buildings include insufficient seismic capacity, fire code shortfalls, and poor indoor air quality.
