Document Description
Amendment of Lease No. PRC 7889.9, a General Lease - Public Agency Use, of sovereign lands, to authorize the construction, use, maintenance and operation of a 400-foot long, 30-inch diameter sewer outfall pipeline, a 150-foot 30-inch diameter diffuser with 16 diffuser ports, 50 concrete ballast weights, and riprap; the use of a temporary work area that includes the temporary placement of spud piles and marker piles, construction work barges, work ramp, warning signs and buoys; and revise the lease area description to include the bed of the San Joaquin River; effective June 24, 2008.
