Document Description
The proposed project would wodify the previously approved Tentative Subdivision Map for the Curtis Park Village project on approximately 71.7 acres in the Single Family Alternative (R-1A PUD), Multi-Family (R-2B PUD), Multi-Family (R-4A PUD), and Shopping Center (SC-PUD) zones and located in the Curtis Park Village Planned Unit Development. The requested entitlements include the following: A) PUD Guidelines Text Amendment to amend the Curtis Park Village Planned Unit Development Guidelines to modify the street sections and other minor changes; B) PUD Schematic Plan Amendment to depict the changes to the prior Tentative Map including the reconfiguration of the single family parcels on the northern portion of the site, addition of a second detention basin, reduction in the number of lots in Village 3 from fifteen to twelve, elimination of the vehicular road on the west side of the park, and conversion of Road J from a one-way to two-way; C) Post Subdivision Modification to reconfigure portions of the approved Tentative Map and to allow non-standard street sections.
