The proposed project would convert the existing 72 acre project site into a mixed-use, urban infill development. Curtis Park Village, as proposed, would be one of Sacramento City's largest infill projects. The intent of the project is to create a neighborhood consisting of single-family home sites, multi-family and senior multi-family residential complexes, a neighborhood park area, and neighborhood-serving retail and commercial development. areas.
