Document Description
The revised Curtis Park Village project is an application for land use entitlements that would allow for redevelopment of the 72-acre project site into a sustainable, mixed-use, urban infill development. The intent of the project is to create a neighborhood consisting of single-family home sites, a significant park/open space site, and neighborhood serving retail and commercial development areas. The project proposes approximately 166,000 square feet of commercial retail, 10,000 square feet of office space, entertainment and lodging uses, and approximately 216 single-family home sites.
