Document Description
The City of Oakley is proposing to annex, as part of a boundary reorganization involving other responsible agencies, approximately 88 acres located southeasterly of the intersections of East Cypress Road and Sellers Avenue. The project also contemplates the adoption of prezoning for the affected territory, and subsequent subdivision and development of a planned residential subdivision of approximately 100 single-family homes and a municipal park on 24 acres within the project area.
