Document Description
The Operator proposes to remove and convert an existing road into a hiking trail. An existing culvert will be removed and a new log bridge crossing will be installed. This project is Phase IV of the overall trail management plan. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) are executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0049-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Dain Anderson/Marin Municipal Water District.
