Document Description
The applicant proposes to implement Phase III of the Mt. Tamalpais Watershed Road and Trail Management Plan on a section of unpaved Lagunitas-Rock Spring Road (above Lake Lagunitas, on the northern slope of Mt. Tamalpais, Marin County). The implementation would consist of the replacement of 8 culverts under the roadway and erosion control treatments on the road. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0300-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Nicholas Salcedo/Marin Municipal Water District.
