1. Application for recession of the existing Williamson Act land contract on a 37 +/- acre site pursuant to Resolution 122-70 and execution of a new Williamson Act land conservation contract pursuant to Resolution 3-04.
2. Ordinance to change the zoning on the property from AE-37 to AE-37:AP pursuant to Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
3. Conditional Use Permit to allow special events, such as weddings, retirement or birthday parties, and service club functions, on a 37 +/- acre parcel proposed to be zoned AE-37:AP under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code and subject to a Williamson Act contract under Tuolumne County Resolution 3-04. The events will be held near pond #3 in the northern portion of the site.
