Document Description
Approximately 8,000 feet of sewer pipeline and 4,000 feet of storm drain pipeline would be installed to relieve surcharged systems in the City of Lincoln. Half of the construction would occur in City streets, primarily E Street, with additional construction in undeveloped lots. The proposed project is not intended to increase wastewater or storm water flow. The new utilities would serve existing or planned development approved in the City's General Plan.
