Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a mixed-use commercial and residential development that includes a number of restaurant pads, a possible fitness center, and a potential theater complex. The commercial floor area of the alternatives range from 408,651 square feet to 509,666 square feet. A theater component consisting of 65,000 square feet is also contemplated for each of the alternatives. The residential development being contmplated will range from 38 units to 258 residential units, depending on the alternative ultimately selected.
