CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Kern County Water Agency, represented by James Beck. The applicant proposes to excavate a trench through the Outlet Canal to place a 310-foot, 144-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe. This pipeline will join a turnout structure at the California Aqueduct.
