The proposed Community Plan Update is projected to increase the community population from approximately 8,200 residents to approximately 21,000 residents over 15 years. Commercial, office/business park and industrial development would increase to approximately 3.2 million sf. The proposed Community Plan Update provides for 10 schools, including 7 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 1 high school.
