The Specific Plan also includes a 4,000-5,000 SF commercial site. The Specific Plan provides the City, project applicant, and the public with a framework for understanding the types of development that will occur on the site and how it will be implemented. The proposed Specific Plan includes a land use plan, development standards, infrastructure plan, and phasing plan. The application is requesting approval for a Specific Plan and Vesting Tentative Tract Map for the development of slightly more than 92 acres of land on a portion of the existing Mills Ranch, and a General Plan Amendment.
