Document Description
The proposal includes a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan and Vesting Tentative Tract Map to allow a mixed-use development. In general, the project consists of 400 dwelling units with a mixture of single-family and multiple family units, approximately 5,000 sf of incidential commercial uses, 7.5 acres of parkland, and removal of existing detention pond and installation of underground drainage infrastructure. The project also includes approximately 15 acres of a 200-foot wide agricultural buffer zone, as required by the Local Agency Formation Commission, as a condition of annexation.
