Document Description
The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately 16 vacant acres to 28 single family residential lots in the RC-SP-Residential Conservation Specific Plan (Sycamore Canyon) Combining Zone Residential lots range from .32 to .64 acres in residential streets. The property is proposed as open space. Access to the site is provided via Via Las Nubes Street, a public local residential streets. The property has an average natural slope of 8% in which grading review is part of this project. No grading exceptions are necessary for this project.
The subject property characterized by rolling, hilly terrain and includes jurisdictional drainages along the northerly portions of the site. The site is surrounded by the Sycamore Canyon Park to the east and south and single family residence to the north and west.
