An ordinance enabling the City of San Gabriel to assess impact fees and resolutions establishing such fees on new development to be used to construct capital improvements to public infrastructure to address the needs created by the city's growth demands over the next 20 years during the implementation of the city's general plan. The fees include a police facility impact fee, a fire facility impact fee, an open space and recreation fee (revision of existing fee), a traffic impact mitigation fee, and a sewer impact fee.
