Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of 175,000 square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter at the southwest corner of Hobsonway and Intake Boulevard. The proposed project would include a total of 11 parcels including the two that would be occupied by the Wal-Mart Supercenter and the Wal-Mart Supercenter gas station. Although no specific end uses or tenants have been identified, the EIR analyzes 64,500 square feet of Shopping Center and 8,000 square feet of Fast Food Restaurant with drive-through as potential uses.
