Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Master Plan of Land Uses that provides a conceptual framework for the reorganization of the six existing land uses: (1) inpatient medical facilities, (2) outpatient medical facilities, (3) mixed-use facilities (nonresidential), (4) utilities, (5) circulation, and (6) parking. Within this conceptual framework, six project elements should be constructed within the next 5 to 10 years: (i) Todd Cancer Institute (TCI); (ii) Miller Children's Hospital (MCH)-Pediatric Impatient Tower, Utility Trench, and Central Plant Building; (iii) Miller Children's Hospital-Pediatric Outpatient Building; (iv) Miller Children's Hospital-Link Building; (v) Roadway Realignment; and (vi) Parking Program.
