Document Description
Proposal by Steve Molnar Minor Use Permit/Coastal Development Permit to allow for the construction of a new 2,908 square foot single family residence which includes an attached two car garage, plus 280 square feet of deck area around the house. The height of the residence will be 15 feet as measured from the centerline of Pacific Avenue. There will be approximately 150 cubic yards of soil removed with the proposed project, and a portion of the home will be constructed below the surface of the natural grade. Total area of disturbance to the site is approximately 1,400 square feet. This project is located on the bluff, on the west side of the intersection of Pacific Avenue and 23rd Street (at 2270 Pacific Avenue) in the community of Cayucos, in the Estero planning area.
