The project is a revision of a previously considered application (PLN990012; Fox Creek Ranch) which proposed 13 parcels. The property is located at 33750 Carmel Valley Road (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 197-211-001-000, 197-211-003-000 and 197-211-004-000), approximately one mile east of the Carmel Valley Road and Cachagua Road intersection, south of Carmel Valley, north of Cachagua Road, in the Cachagua area.
