Document Description
The Santa Barbara County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) was prepared by the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) and includes transportation control measures (TCMs) that are incorporated into Santa Barbara County APCD's 2010 Clean Air Plan and are designed to reduce air emissions from motor vehicles. SBCAG's Final EIR for the 2008 RTP considers the potential environment impacts related to implementation of these TCMs. By action of including the TCMs in the 2010 Clean Air Plan, APCD acts as a CEQA responsible agency.
