Document Description
The Vila Borba Planned Community Project approved in 2006 allowed development of 351 single-family dwellings for Tracts 15989, 16413, 16338, and 15414 and a maximum of 280 multiple-family dwellings and 5 acres of commercial. The Modified Vila Borba Project (Amendment of TTM 16414) would change the entitled land use and product mix by elimination of the 5-acres of commercial and the 280 multifamily residential apartments and allow the construction of 220 attached townhomes as well as construction of Off-site Basin drainage improvements that connect to the Vila Borba stormdrain system.
