SAA #1600-2011-0234-R6 The Villa Borba Planned Community Project is limited to the development of four tentative tract maps (TTM 15989, 16413, 16338, and 15414) located in the City of Chino Hills. The 337.55 acre project site will consist of 110 acres of residential development, 5 aces of commercial development, and 222.55 acres of open space. The 110-acre residential development will include a maximum of 631 dwelling units consisting of 351 single-family dwellings and a maximum of 280 multiple-family dwellings.
