The proposed project consists of the development of the Vila Borba Planned Community on 336-acres of land in the City of Chino Hills. The proposed Vila Borba residential project consists of four Tentative Tract Maps (TTM 15989, 16413, 16338, and 16414), each representing a separate Planning Area (Planning Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4), that propose a maximum of 631 dwelling units that includes 351 single-family dwellings and a maximum of 280 multiple family dwellings. The project also includes five acres of commercial uses on the 336-acre site.
