Grading proposed for project implementation on all five parcels will total approximately 731 cubic yards of cut and 731 cubic yards of fill with a maximum cut fill slope ratio of 1:1.5 and a fill slope ratio of 2:1 and maximum height of 14 feet. The grading for each parcel required a preliminary grading plan.
