Document Description
The Fontana Auto Center Overlay District consists of approximately 139 acres consists of four (4) planning areas, and is intended to encourage a well designed and coordinated Auto Center that consists primarily of new vehicle dealerships. Planning Area 1 is intended primarily for automobile retail sales, service and related uses. Planning Area 2 is reserved primarily for gas stations, restaurants, and other auto related uses in support of the auto center dealerships. Planning Areas 3 and 4 allow for automobile retail sales, service and a variety of other uses that are complimentary to, and compatible with new vehicle dealerships and adjacent uses.
