The Fontana Auto Mall Overlay District consists of approximately 154 acres consists of four (4) planning area. Planning Area 1 is intended primarily for automobile retail sales, service and related uses. Planning Area 2 is reserved primarily for gas stations, restaurants, and other auto related uses in support of the auto mall dealerships. Planning Areas 3 and 4 allow for a variety of uses that are complimentary to and compatible with new vehicle dealerships.
