Document Description
The proposed project requires discretionary action by the Chaffey Union High School District (District) for the acquisition of APN 227-071-25 and 227-071-27 from a private landowner. The District is currently leasing APN 227-071-27 (approximately 8 acres) to provide school parking on an existing 5 acre paved parking area and proposes to purchase the property so that the District owns and controls the property. The purpose of this negative declaration is to provide adequate environmental analysis related to the District's acquisition of land. Both parcels are owned by a private landowner and as a condition of the purchase agreement to obtain APN 227-071-27, the private landowner is requiring the District to purchase APN 227-071-25 (approximately 0.5 acres).
