Document Description
Yipes Enterprise Services (Yipes) proposes to offer Last Mile telecommunications service in urban areas, within the San Francisco Bay Area and within Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties to various entities (their clients) by constructing new fiber optic cable facilities and ancillary equipment between structures to which the service would be provided. The term Last Mile refers to the distance between the sources facility and the new customer. Installation locations and methods include: use of existing utilities and other companies for installation of new fiber optic cable; obtain pole attachment rights to authorize installation of fiber optic cable on existing utility structures; and construct new under ground conduit in existing and public and utility rights of way.
