The Highlands Ranch development is proposed for a portion for the "Dictionary Hill" area within the community of Spring Valley. The project will consist of 215 detached single-family homes on 5,000 square foot minimum lots. Private streets will provide access into and throughout the site, with primary access along the continuation of "Pointe Parkway". This is an existing private street within the master planned community known as Pointe San Diego, immediately adjacent to this property.
