The Amendments to the West Tulare Redevelopment Plan will include changes to the West Tulare Redevelopment Plan, Zoning Ordinance and General Plan, and the adoption of the West Inyo Avenue Master Plan. The Amendments are proposed to further the redevelopment effort in the West Tulare Project Area by eliminating incompatible and conflicting land uses, installing and reconstructing needed public improvements and extend eminent domain authority.
