Document Description
Application to amend the Sierra Bella Specific Plan (SP04-001) by reducing the minimum lot size requirement for the LDR 1 (Low Density Residential, minimum lot size, 9,000 sf) and LDR 2 (Low Density Residential, minimum lot size, 14,000 sf) designation to 7,200 sf and 9,000 sf, respectively. The amendment also proposes to amend the acreage dedicated for open space and parks and Chapter 5 (Community Design Guidelines) to further enhance the architectural and landscape guidelines within the Sierra Bella community which encompasses approximately 327 and subdivide approximately 304 acres into 237 lots (formerly TTM 32023) in the proposed LDR 1 (Low Density Residential, minimum lot area of 7,200 sf) designation as prescribed in Planning Area 1 of the proposed amendment.
