The project includes a Specific Plan for 249 hillside residential units on 320 acres, 197 acres of open space (plus the potential for an additional 20 acres of offsite adjacent open space), and a neighborhood park on 2.6 offsite adjacent acres. The project proposes a GP designation of Rural Residential II (1 unit/acre) and zoning of Specific Plan with Low Density Residential I (LDR-1 with 14,000 sf lots) and Low Density Residential 2 (LDR-2 with 9,000 sf lots). Proposed approvals include annexation of the subject property, a General Plan Amendment for the Specific Plan boundaries, and Tentative Tract Map 32023.
