Document Description
The proposed infill project is a request for a Tentative Tract Map, Zone Change from A-1 and R-3-17U-DP and Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of sixteen two-story detached townhouses with two-car garages (each unit approximately 2,599 sf). A minimum 26 foot wide fire lane / cul-de-sac will be required for constructed to provide in/egress from 223rd Street to each residence's private driveway. Three existing single-family residences will be demolished prior to new construction.
