Document Description
The Wilson Reservoir in Garner Valley Project will involve the addition of a 0.5 million gallon water reservoir and an associated eight (8) inch water line to the existing domestic water system for Lake Hemet Municipal Water District (the "District") in the Garner Valley area of the unincorporated area of Riverside County. The District intends to either purchase approximately 0.4 acres of the land for the reservoir site in fee title and/or obtain an easement or right-of-way. An access slope and waterline easement will be obtained for approximately 1.4 acres of the land for the proposed water pipeline. The pipeline will be placed within an existing dirt trail that extends to within several hundred feet of the proposed reservoir site. The reservoir site will require grading to create a flat pad suitable for the placement of the reservoir. The existing dirt trail extending to the site from Hot Patch Springs Road may be paved to improve access to the reservoir site.
