The project is the purchase of a 160-acre site and the construction and operation of a new high school, middle school, elementary school, sports stadium, performing arts center and a library/learning center. Also a part of this project is the annexation of the 160-acre site into the Visalia city limit and an amendment to the Visalia General Plan changing the land use designation from Urban Reserve to Public Institutional (152 acres) and Neighborhood Commercial (8 acres).
