Document Description
The project would demolish the existing buildings on the site and would construct a mixed-use commercial and residential development. The project would consist of three primary structures surrounding a broad paseo running through the center of the project site, which would allow for pedestrian access between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue. The building heights of the proposed project would range up to five stories aboveground, with four subterranean levels of parking. The net development area aboveground would be 302,944 square feet.
