Document Description
Proposal by Ruth Hester for a minor use permit/coastal development permit to allow for a new rock revetment/bluff protection structure. The proposed revetment will be constructed of rock rip-rap and will extend for 40 linear feet at a height of 16-14 feet and will disturb an approximate 600 sf area of a 3,800 sf lot. The project is located on the west side of Pacific Street (at 223 Pacific Street), approximately 40 feet south of 22nd Street in the community of Cayucos, in the Estero planning area.
