Document Description
The proposed project is subdivision of two parcels totaling approximately 53.25 acres and construction of roadway and utility infrastructure on a third parcel that is approximately 7.0 acres. The project includes subdivision of the two parcels into 18 lots generally ranging in size from one to two acres, with one larger lot approximately 17.5 acres. Buildout is expected to result in approximately 750,866 sf of building on 49.25 buildable acres. Approximately 214,000 sf would be landscaped. The uses within the industrial business park would be primarily agriculturally related.
