Document Description
The proposed project is subdivision of the 71-acre Gonzales Agricultural Business Park and construction of roadway and utility infrastructure. The project includes subdivision of one existing lot into 21 lots ranging in size from 50,000 to 500,000 sf. The roadways within the site currently exist as a separate lot and would not undergo further subdivision. The proposed project includes a 20-foot sewer easement in the northeastern region, and a 30-foot sewer easement in the western region that crosses Lots 5, 9, and 12. The project also includes construction of approximately 5,000 feet of public roads (including Puente Del Monte Avenue extension and Katherine Street), installation of underground public utilities including sanitary sewer lines, water lines, storm drainage lines, a storm water retention basin and underground gas and electric lines.
