Document Description
The project proposes to remove the K Street Airport Overcrossing Bridge. The on-ramps and off-ramps that connect to State Route 99 in the City of Tulare at the southern end of the city's industrial business district would also be removed. K Street would be extended approximately 1.19 km south to intersect with Avenue 200. The off-ramps at Avenue 200 and SR-99 would be extended.
