Document Description
The proposed project is to be located at the northwest corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Jamboree Road in the City of Newport Beach. The site is currently occupied by Platt College and an Avis Rent-a-Car storage lot. The existing uses on the site would be demolished and replaced by a 30,000 sf showroom and sales building and 100,000 sf auto service building. The project also proposes a multi-story parking structure with 1,700 parking spaces for employee parking and storage of sales inventory.
