The applicant proposes the installation of a free-span bridge across Pocket Canyon Creek, a tributary to the Russian River. In addition, an existing outfall which conveys water from a culvert beneath the highway to Pocket Canyon Creek will be re-constructed. The project is located in Sonoma County, T8, R10W, Section 34. The CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2003-5271-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Charles Benbow, Sonoma Timber and Land, Inc.
